Manage BOPIS Orders with the CSR Portal

Monitor, search for, and manage customer orders within Point of Sale CMS.

Point of Sale CMS supports the Buy Online, Pickup In-Store (BOPIS) module within the CSR Portal. The portal allows you to monitor and search orders. A customer service representative can cancel orders. This article will go over the configurations needed to use this feature.

Search for Orders

In CMS, go to Orders > CSR Portal.
Enter a search query.
Select SEARCH.

It's ‌best practice to regularly monitor orders using the Order Status filter. You can select an Order Status from the dropdown in the search query.

Cancel an Order

In CMS, go to Orders > CSR Portal.
Locate an order by performing a search.
Select Order Details to the right of the order.
Select Cancel Order.
