View inventory counts in Point of Sale CMS by specific store, product search, or inventory bucket. Also, group the report by product ID or variant ID.
Product Search
If configuring the filter, you can select from three options:
-
: filters the report to include all products available in the specific store.
-
: allows you to add and select multiple attributes (for example size, color) to refine the report. You can also specify attribute values (for example, small, green).
-
: provides a free-text search, allowing you to input terms like product titles, product IDs, or variant ID. However, this filter limits the report results to 2,000 records.
Inventory Bucket
The filter allows you to select an inventory bucket (for example ) and specify a value for it (for example 2). For example, you can configure the filter to show products that have been returned two or more times.
Group By
The filter allows you to group the results in the report by product ID or variant ID.
Grouping by Product ID
If the report is grouped by product ID, it displays each product alongside its inventory bucket counts. To change the inventory count or see more information about a product, select the three vertical dots to the right of the product listing. This will take you to more options.
Click Edit Inventory to open a window that allows you to adjust the product inventory for the , , and buckets.
Select to see more information about a product. This includes the store price, store inventory count, product class, and more. You can also edit the product details by selecting at the bottom of the screen.
Grouping by Variant ID
If the report is grouped by variant ID, it displays the inventory for all items within the same variant group, along with their variant group ID.
To view individual variants within a group, select the back arrow to access detailed information for each variant. On this page, you can also view product details and adjust inventory buckets by clicking the ellipses, similar to the options available if grouping by product ID.
