Learn about the recommended specifications for images for use in Point of Sale layouts.
Images uploaded through the CMS aren't compressed or altered in any way. While this offers a high degree of flexibility, it can also result in suboptimal performance if users upload images that are unnecessarily large.
These are the best practices image specifications for layouts:
- use compressed JPG files with a DPI of 72
- a full-screen image should be no greater than 1,100 pixels in height by 700 pixels in width
