Configure and Manage Export Jobs

Run an On-Demand Export

Some export job types, such as Product Catalog Export, run only when you trigger them. These types don't include an Active toggle or a Schedule section, and they don't require field mapping. Every column in the product table exports automatically.

  1. In CMS, go to Feeds | Export Jobs, and open the export job.
  2. Click Export Now.
  3. Confirm the export in the dialog that appears.

Delete an Export Job

In CMS, admins with the Feeds: Edit permission can delete inactive export jobs.

  1. Highlight an inactive job.
  2. Click the trash icon. A screenshot showing the delete icon.
