Managing feeds ensures accurate data synchronization between systems, such as exporting documents in CMS. You can manually run feeds, schedule them for automated updates, and implement multi-region feeds for global operations. You can also monitor feed pipelines and logs to identify and address any issues, and configure and manage export jobs for efficient data delivery.")

## Create and Schedule an Export Job

1. In CMS, go to **Feeds** | **Export Jobs**.
2. Click the + icon to create an export job.
3. Select the type of job.
4. Configure the rest of the fields:

    <table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small "><colgroup><col> <col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Field</td><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Description</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">General</td><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;"></td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Active</td><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Turn on to run this export. Not applicable for jobs that run only when you trigger them, such as Product Catalog Export.</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Title</td><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Enter a descriptive title for this export.</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Allow Instant Order Export</td><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Turn on to run real-time order exports. ## Run an On-Demand Export

Some export job types, such as Product Catalog Export, run only when you trigger them. These types don't include an Active toggle or a Schedule section, and they don't require field mapping. Every column in the product table exports automatically.

1. In CMS, go to **Feeds** | **Export Jobs**, and open the export job.
2. Click **Export Now**.
3. Confirm the export in the dialog that appears.

## Delete an Export Job

In CMS, admins with the [Feeds: Edit](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=commerce.rt_cms_user_management.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Customize users in CMS to control access to reports, configurations, and other features within a company.") permission can delete inactive export jobs.

1. Highlight an inactive job.
2. Click the trash icon. ![A screenshot showing the delete icon.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_adv_config_data_feeds_manage_export_jobs_delete.png)
3. Confirm the deletion by entering Delete.

## View Export Logs

After you create export jobs, access their logs to check status—successful exports, failures, or jobs in progress.

1. In CMS, go to **Feeds** | **Export Logs**.
2. Under Export Type, select the type of job.![A screenshot shows logs of export jobs.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_adv_config_data_feeds_manage_export_jobs_logs.png)

For inventory events, search by transfer ID and manually republish events as needed.![A screenshot shows logs of inventory events.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-commerce-retail-264-0-0-production-enus/17d647fb-8988-49fb-9add-c4f4cc79c9e4/retail/images/rt_adv_config_data_feeds_manage_export_jobs_inv_events.png)
