Enable Slack Notifications for Order Management Analytics

Act on insights and recommendations directly from Slack. The Salesforce Order Management app delivers at-risk location notifications to your designated Slack channel.

1. Set up a Slack channel.
   1. In Slack, create a channel to receive the notifications. See Create Slack Channel.
   1. Add the Salesforce app to the Slack channel. See Connect Salesforce and Slack.
2. In Salesforce, enable Slack notifications.
   1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Feature Settings and select Order Management.
   1. Select Setup and enter your Slack Channel ID.
