# Enable Slack Notifications for Order Management Analytics

Act on insights and recommendations directly from Slack. The Salesforce Order Management app delivers at-risk location notifications to your designated Slack channel.

1. Set up a Slack channel.
    
    1. In Slack, create a channel to receive the notifications. See [Create Slack Channel](https://slack.com/intl/en-in/help/articles/201402297-Create-a-channel).
    
    1. Add the Salesforce app to the Slack channel. See [Connect Salesforce and Slack](https://slack.com/intl/en-in/help/articles/30754346665747-Connect-Salesforce-and-Slack).
2. In Salesforce, enable Slack notifications.
    
    1. From **Setup**, in the Quick Find box, enter **Feature Settings** and select **Order Management**.
    
    1. Select **Setup** and enter your **Slack Channel ID**.
