Fulfillment times can vary depending on the product and the location fulfilling the
order. Define processing times at the location level, category level, item level, or a
combination. This granular level of processing data provides more accurate delivery
estimates.
Required Editions

In the Delivery Estimations tab of Order Fulfillment Setup, open the Processing Time
Specifications tab.

Click New.

Enter a name, external reference, and, optionally, a start and end date.

Select whether this processing time impacts specific products or categories or whether it
impacts an entire location.

If the processing time impacts specific products or categories, select them.

Select one or more locations.

Use the Processing Time and Unit fields to set the length of the processing for each
location, product, and category.

Click Save.

Sync your processing time.
