The Order on Behalf Of flow lets a customer service representative use OOBO or Order
Entry to create an order on behalf of a customer. To use the flow, copy and activate the flow
template, and then customize the flow as needed.
Required Editions

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select
Flows.

Click New Flow, click Use a Template, and
click Next.

Select Order on Behalf Of Flow and click
Create.

Click Save.

For Flow Label, enter a unique name.

Click Save.

Click Activate.
