# Activate the Order on Behalf Of Flow Template

The Order on Behalf Of flow lets a customer service representative use OOBO or Order Entry to create an order on behalf of a customer. To use the flow, copy and activate the flow template, and then customize the flow as needed.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select **Flows**.
2. Click **New Flow**, click **Use a Template**, and click **Next**.
3. Select **Order on Behalf Of Flow** and click **Create**.
4. Click **Save**.
5. For Flow Label, enter a unique name.
6. Click **Save**.
7. Click **Activate**.
