Remove a Promotion

You can remove a promotion from your store temporarily or permanently.

In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
Select Promotions.
Select the promotion.
To remove the promotion temporarily:
1. Click Edit.
2. To deactivate the promotion, deselect Active.
3. To end the promotion sooner, change the end date and time.
4. Save your work.
To remove the promotion permanently:
1. Click Delete.
2. In the confirmation window, click Delete to confirm.
  
  Note If a promotion is connected to an order, you can’t delete it. To stop the promotion from being applied to new transactions, update its end time or deactivate it.
