Pricing and Promotions

Review the new B2C Commerce Pricing and Promotions enhancements in the 20.1 release.

• Promotions Qualified by Child Categories No Longer Triggered by Configured Categories
  When a promotion's qualifier uses the "is child of" operator for a configured category, the promotion is only triggered by child categories of that configured category. Previously, the promotion was also triggered by the configured category.
• Create SourceCodeGroup API Deletes Trailing White Space
  The OCAPI Data API, Create SourceCodeGroup, now deletes trailing white space after the id parameter of a source code group.
• Select Categories as Promotion Qualifiers
  Merchants can use a category as a promotion qualifier. Previously, when a merchant attempted to specify a category as a qualifier, they received a blank popup.
• Ad Hoc Coupon Line Items Aren't Flagged Erroneously
  When a shopper adds an ad hoc coupon to a cart, "Invalid Coupon" no longer shows and the shopper can complete their purchase.
