Set the Tax Class Attribute Value

Set the attribute localizedTaxClassId attribute on the B2C Commerce Business Manager Product Detail page or use the catalog Import and Export process.

Business Manager Product Detail Page

  1. Click App Launcher App Launcher, and then select Merchant Tools | SiteProducts and Catalogs | Products.
  2. Search for your product.
  3. On the Product Detail page, click the Localized Tax Class ID dropdown and select an option.
    Note
    Note The options depend on the Tax Classes established for your site.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. (Optional) You can also set the tax class attribute using the catalog Import and Export.
    Add the following lines to your xml file.

    <localized-tax-class-id xml:lang="x-default">standard</localized-tax-class-id>

    <localized-tax-class-id xml:lang="fr-FR">exempt</localized-tax-class-id>
