Create a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) report for B2C Commerce in Business Manager. Select from four report types: Order Journal, GMV Report per Month, GMV Report per Day, and GMV per Order. B2C Commerce also automatically generates daily and monthly GMV reports on production instances. You can download a report you create or an auto-generated report to a comma-separated values (CSV) file that you can import into a spreadsheet.
Note GMV reports are available for all instance types, but they're intended for production
instances to reflect real revenue. B2C Commerce auto-generates reports for GMV data on
production instances only. The auto-generated report job is disabled on Development and
Sandbox instances.
Note See Taxation (Net and Gross) Impact on Subscription Fees to understand how tax
calculations can significantly impact the subscription fees that you pay.
Note Set the brand and geographical location for the site so that they appear in GMV
reports. See Site Brand and Billing Entity in B2C Commerce.
