Download a Snapshot of a Visualization

Download a snapshot image of a visualization to a .png file. The snapshot is taken while running the item with your filters and the latest data.

Required Editions

View supported editions.

User Permissions Needed
To download visualizations:	Tableau Unmetered Consumer or Tableau Next Consumer or Tableau Unmetered Self-Service Consumer or Tableau Next Self-Service Consumer permission set

Note The download service requires that the CRM Analytics for Slack app is enabled in Salesforce Setup. For more information, see Enable Salesforce for Slack Integrations.

1. Locate the visualization that you want to capture.
2. From the dropdown menu on the visualization, select Download Image.

The .png file is added to your Downloads folder.
