preview to open a side pane in Slack that shows details and live insights.

Ask your Slack and Salesforce admins to Enable Slack for Tableau
Next.

From Slack, click the preview of a Tableau Next metric, dashboard, or viz to open the side
pane.

In the right pane, see insights about the data.

Click Refresh to see the latest data within Slack.

Click Explore in Tableau Next to open the metric, dashboard, or viz
in the Tableau Next app in Salesforce.
