Workspaces are the logical containers (similar to folders) created within a Exploratory Org. While an analyst can have multiple workspaces, all of them ultimately reside in a single Exploratory Org.

An analyst can share a workspace with another analyst, giving them either Viewer or Editor access.

The table here shows the feature and function capabilities when an analyst shares a workspace in Tableau Next.
