Assign relevant permissions to admin and users to manage the Analytics for
Communications - Business app.
Required Editions
| Available in: Developer edition and for an extra cost in
Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions. |
Follow the given steps to assign relevant admin or user permissions:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Click the name of the user.
- Click Permission Set Assignments, and then click Edit
Assignments.
- To assign the user necessary admin permission, select both the CRM Analytics
Plus Admin and CRM for Comms Admin permission
sets.
- To assign the user necessary user permissions, select both the CRM Analytics
Plus User and CRM for Comms User permission sets.
- Add the permission sets, and then save your changes.
