Keep these considerations and limitations in mind when downloading CRM Analytics
dashboards as documents.

Considerations
- The downloaded document shows the dashboard exactly as you view it, including applied
filters and the active page.
- To capture your current view, a temporary shared saved view is created before the download
starts.
- UI downloads default to screenshot only (includeData = false). Manual URL route downloads
default to including data pages (includeData = true).
- Data-heavy downloads take a few moments. After you select the download option, check your
Downloads folder.
Limitations
- The PDF download option appears only for dashboard asset types.
- If a widget is scrollable, the download captures only its visible area.
- UI-based downloads capture only the open page.
- Print and download actions aren't available for embedded dashboards.
- Table data sometimes truncates in the generated PDF.
