Create a Skill from Coworker

Create a skill from Agentforce Coworker by describing it in Ask mode.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Einstein for Sales add-on.

User Permissions Needed
To create, edit, run, and share your own skills in Skill Builder:	AI Skill User permission set Skill User
To create, edit, run, and share all skills in Skill Builder:	AI Skill Manager permission set Skill User Skill Manager

In Ask mode, describe the skill and Agentforce Coworker drafts it for you.

Click Ask to go to Ask mode in Agentforce Coworker.
Open the Skills tab.
Click New.
In Conversational Create, describe the skill.
Include the objective, the instructions, and the context the skill uses.
Review the generated skill in the skill card.
Click Confirm.
To change the draft, click Ask a follow-up question. To discard the draft, click Cancel.
Refresh the page so that the new skill appears in My Skills.

The skill stays private until you share it.

If the Skills tab doesn’t appear, then confirm that you have the AI Skill User or AI Skill Manager permission set.
