# Create a Skill from Coworker

Create a skill from Agentforce Coworker by describing it in Ask mode.

### Required Editions

In Ask mode, describe the skill and Agentforce Coworker drafts it for you.

1. Click **Ask** to go to Ask mode in Agentforce Coworker.
2. Open the **Skills** tab.
3. Click **New**.
4. In **Conversational Create**, describe the skill.
    
    Include the objective, the instructions, and the context the skill uses.
5. Review the generated skill in the skill card.
6. Click **Confirm**.
    
    To change the draft, click **Ask a follow-up question**. To discard the draft, click **Cancel**.
7. Refresh the page so that the new skill appears in **My Skills**.

The skill stays private until you share it.

If the **Skills** tab doesn’t appear, then confirm that you have the AI Skill User or AI Skill Manager permission set.
