Remove dependencies on a prompt template so you can safely delete or modify the template without breaking other components.

- For each flow listed, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Open the flow.
- Locate the Prompt Template action.
- Replace the action with a different template, or remove the action.
- Click Save, and then click Activate.
- Return to Prompt Builder, and then repeat the steps to open the Delete Template modal.
- Verify that no references appear.
- Delete the template version, or update the template as needed.
