From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Voice, and
select Agentforce Voice Setup.
The Agentforce Voice Setup page opens. The page has two tabs: PSTN and SIP. Each tab provides the steps for setting up Agentforce Voice with that communication protocol.
