Agentforce Voice Setup walks you through the entire setup process.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Voice, and select **Agentforce Voice Setup**.

The Agentforce Voice Setup page opens. The page has two tabs: PSTN and SIP. Each tab provides the steps for setting up Agentforce Voice with that communication protocol.
