# 受信任的驗證疑難排解

本部分包括您在設定受信任的驗證時可能會遇到的一些常見問題和錯誤。

受信任驗證錯誤的常見原因為 Proxy 伺服器或負載平衡器設定錯誤。若 Tableau Server 在反向 Proxy 伺服器或負載平衡器後面執行，請參閱[將 Tableau Server 設定為使用反向 Proxy 伺服器和/或負載平衡器](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/proxy.htm#Configur)和[新增負載平衡器](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/distrib_lb.htm)。

受信任的驗證資訊寫入 `ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\logs\vizqlserver\vizql-*.log`。

若要將記錄層級從 `info` 更新為 `debug`，請執行下列命令：

tsm configuration set -k vizqlserver.trustedticket.log\_level -v debug
tsm pending-changes apply
