# 桌面授權報告疑難排解

正確設定 Tableau Server 與 Tableau Desktop 執行個體後，可在兩個管理檢視（[桌面授權使用](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/adminview_desktop_license_usage.htm)與 [桌面授權過期](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/adminview_desktop_license_expiration.htm)）中獲得 Tableau Desktop 授權使用情況資訊。如果無法看到這些檢視，請檢查下面的要求。如果可以看到檢視，但檢視中沒有資料，則您可以透過使用 Desktop 部署指南中的 \[疑難排解\] 主題來排查問題：[授權報告疑難排解](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_troubleshoot.htm#trouble)。有關如何設定 Tableau Desktop 的詳情，請參閱 Tableau Desktop 部署指南中的[設定 Desktop 授權報告](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_reporting_admin.htm)。

## 管理檢視不可用

只有 Tableau Server 管理員才能使用桌面授權報告管理檢視。如果在 \[伺服器狀態\] 頁上看不到 \[桌面授權使用量\] 和 \[桌面授權過期\] 檢視的連結（從網站功能表中選取 \[管理所有網站\] ），請驗證以下各項：

- 您以 Tableau Server 管理員身分進行了登入。
- 您正在執行 Tableau Server 10.0 或更高版本，使用者正在執行 Tableau Desktop 10.0 或更高版本。從 Tableau Server 和 Tableau Desktop 10.0 版本開始可以使用桌面授權報告。
- Tableau Server 啟用了桌面授權報告。（該功能預設情況下已停用。）有關詳情，請參閱[啟用和設定桌面授權報告](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_reporting_admin.htm#enable)。
