# 排除 Web 介面逾時故障

嘗試巡覽到 Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool Web 介面時，如果您看到以下錯誤：

載入時間超過預設的 30 秒閾值，就可能會發生這種情況。載入時間可能受到以下因素影響：

- 基礎 PostgreSQL 資料庫的大小。
- 若 RMT 連線到的 Tableau Server 環境超出了 RMT 目前可支援的規模，這也可能會影響載入時間。
- 連接埠衝突。請確保 Resource Monitoring Tool 正在使用的連接埠與 Tableau Server 正在使用的連接埠不衝突。

如要解決此問題，您可以變更資料保留時間，或將閾值更改為大於 30 秒。

**如要變更資料保留時間，請採取以下步驟：**

1. 巡覽到[本主題](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/rmt-config-configGui.htm)中所說明的組態 UI。
2. 巡覽至「資料」索引標籤。
    
    資料組態有兩種類型：
    
    - 根據預設設為 2 週的資料保留期。這些資料包括詳細活動資料和圖表中顯示的資料。
    - 根據預設設為 10 年的報告資料期。這些資料包括彙總歷史資料和用於計量報告的資料。
3. Tableau 建議將資料保留時間更改為 1 週。

如要變更逾時閾值，請採取以下步驟：

1. 登入到已安裝 RMT 伺服器的電腦。
2. 找到「master」組態檔。安裝在預設位置的檔案可在以下位置找到：
    
    `C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool\master\config\config.json`
3. 新增或變更以下鍵值：**db:timeoutSeconds**
