# SSL 憑證錯誤疑難排解

嘗試將自訂 SSL 憑證指紋新增到 RMT 伺服器組態，且選取**「測試伺服器組態」**時看到以下錯誤：

_憑證不包括可存取的私密金鑰。_

這是因為 Resource Monitoring Tool 無法存取私密金鑰，原因是該金鑰無法以純文字方式匯出。若要解決此問題，請執行以下操作：

1. 請使用 **Windows 憑證管理員**確定您擁有私密金鑰。
2. 使用 certreq.exe 接收憑證後，從儲存憑證的資料夾中執行以下命令：
    
    `certreq -accept <name of certificate file>`

這樣應該可以解決此問題，而且可讓您新增自訂 SSL 憑證指紋，以便與 Resource Monitoring Tool 搭配使用。

您必須是電腦上的管理員，且必須是 Resource Monitoring Tool 管理員，才能排解 WMI 查詢問題。
