# 在排程中同步所有 Active Directory 群組

在 Tableau Server 中匯入 Active Directory 群組之後，您可以透過設定排程來確保這些群組在 Tableau Server 中保持同步。您也可以隨時按需同步伺服器上的所有 Active Directory 群組。同步使用者時將套用群組的最低網站角色設定。

**附註**：在使用者和群組同步的情況下，使用 LDAP 識別身分存放區設定的 Tableau Server 與 Active Directory 等效。Tableau Server 中的 Active Directory 同步功能可以無縫地與正確設定的 LDAP 目錄解決方案配合使用。

從版本 2021.1.23、2021.2.21、2021.3.20、2021.4.15、2022.1.11、2022.3.3、2023.1 開始，可在取消前為排程的群組同步設定可以消耗的時間設定最長時間限制。預設時間限制為 4 小時。更多資訊請參閱[backgrounder.timeout.sync\_ad\_group](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm#backgrounder_timeout_ad_group_sync)。

## 1 為同步設定最低網站角色

在網站中，按一下 \[群組\] 。選取一個群組，然後按一下 \[動作\] \> \[最低網站角色\] 。選取最低網站角色，然後按一下 \[變更網站角色\]。伺服器和網站管理員可為群組使用者設定要在 Active Directory 同步過程中應用的最低網站角色。如果未設定最低網站角色，則會以 \[未授權\] 方式新增新使用者。

同步可提升使用者的網站角色，但絕不會使使用者的網站角色降級。

## 2 設定排程

伺服器管理員可在伺服器的 \[設定\] 頁面的 \[常規\] 索引標籤上為所有 Active Directory 群組啟用同步。啟用同步，選取頻率設定，然後按一下 \[儲存\] 。

伺服器上的所有 Active Directory 群組將依據相同排程進行同步。

## 3 按需執行同步（可選）

在 \[設定\] 頁面的 \[常規\] 索引標籤上，按一下 \[同步所有群組\] 以立即同步 Tableau Server 上的所有 Active Directory 群組。請隨時按一下此按鈕以確保新使用者和變更反映在伺服器上的所有 Active Directory 群組中。

## 4 檢視同步工作的狀態

伺服器和網站管理員可在 **\[非擷取背景工作\]** 管理檢視中檢視 Active Directory 同步作業的結果。在伺服器上或網站中，按一下 \[狀態\] 。在 \[分析\] 下，按一下 \[非擷取背景工作\] ，並篩選 \[Active Directory 群組同步排隊\] 和 \[同步 Active Directory 群組\] 工作。
