# 停用產品金鑰

在某些情況下,必須停用產品金鑰：

- 變更硬體組態
- 變更產品金鑰
- 將產品金鑰移到新安裝

## 開始之前

請確認您要移除正確的產品金鑰。您可以藉由在 CLI 中執行 [tsm licenses list](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/cli_licenses_tsm.htm#TSMLicenseList) 以檢視授權詳細資訊。

1. 如果您執行 Tableau Server 的電腦已經設定為透過正向 Proxy 連線至網際網路，在啟用之前，請遵循主題[設定正向 Proxy 產品金鑰操作](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/activate_proxy.htm)中的程序。
2. 在瀏覽器中開啟 TSM：
    
    https://<tsm-computer-name>:8850
3. 按一下**「組態」**和「授權」。

4. 選取要停用的產品金鑰，然後按一下「停用授權」。
5. 停用金鑰之後，重新啟動 Tableau Server。
    
    **附註：**若在重新啟動之前沒有其他產品金鑰保持為已啟用狀態，Tableau Server 將不會以可用狀態重新啟動。若發生這種情況，您將無法使用 Tableau Server，直到您在 TSM 中啟用新的產品金鑰。

1. 在初始節點（安裝了 TSM 的節點）上以管理員身分開啟命令提示字元。
2. 執行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses deactivate --license-key <product-key>`
    
    `tsm restart`
