# 自動重新整理工作

您可以將擷取重新整理工作與 Tableau Server 中的排程關聯，以自動重新整理擷取。您也可以使用 tabcmd（一種您可下載以與 Tableau Server 結合使用的命令列公用程式）自動執行擷取重新整理。具體來說，您可以將 `refreshextracts` 命令與您指令碼中的其他命令結合使用。例如：

`tabcmd login - http://mytabserver -u jsmith -p P@ssw0rd! refreshextracts --datasource salesq4`

**附註：**對 Tableau 10.4 及更早版本中建立的擷取（即 .tde 擷取）執行擷取重新整理操作時，擷取會自動升級為 .hyper 擷取。儘管升級到 .hyper 擷取有許多優點，但您的使用者將無法使用更早版本的 Tableau Desktop 開啟擷取。有關詳情，請參閱[擷取升級為 .hyper 格式](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-tw/extracting_upgrade.htm)。

- 子範圍會自動轉換為 UTC。在使用 UTC 以外時區的環境中，請根據 UTC 設定子範圍。
