# Tableau Prep 流程製作

預設情況下，Tableau Prep 流程製作處於啟用狀態。其使用以下元件：

- **Tableau Prep Minerva 服務**：由 Tableau Prep 流程製作用於查詢資料來源。預設情況下，會在已啟用 Tableau Prep 流程製作的節點上自動啟用。
- **資料引擎**：資料引擎可建立資料擷取並處理查詢。預設情況下，會在已啟用 Tableau Prep 流程製作的節點上自動啟用。
- **閘道：**閘道處理序可以處理從瀏覽器、Tableau Desktop 和其他客戶端發往 Tableau Server 的所有請求。預設情況下，會在已啟用 Tableau Prep 流程製作的節點上自動啟用。

## 效能和擴展建議

Tableau Prep 流程製作可能佔用大量 CPU 和 RAM。建議將流程製作隔離到單獨的節點或新增伺服器資源，以監視伺服器並根據需要調整部署。

### 將流程製作隔離到單獨的節點

在單獨的節點上執行 Tableau Prep 流程製作會使流程製作工作流程與其他 Tableau 工作負載隔離。若伺服器繁忙，需要進行大量的擷取重新整理以及大量的編輯和檢視工作，並且您不想中斷此工作負載，那麼建議將 Prep 流程製作隔離到其自己的伺服器節點。這意味著所有流程編輯會被導向到專用節點。有關詳情，請參閱[設定節點](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server-linux/zh-tw/config_nodes.htm)。

**附註：**Prep Web 製作 使用共用服務，例如應用程式伺服器 (VizPortal)、PostgreSQL 存放庫、快取伺服器和 Hyper。若這些服務已滿負荷執行，由於額外的 Prep Web 製作負載，它們可能還需要額外的資源。要讓 Prep Web 製作正常運作，快取伺服器必須在其設定的編號最低的節點上執行。例如，若已在節點 2、3 和 4 上設定快取伺服器，但在節點 2 上停機，則 Prep Web 製作將無法執行。有關更多詳細資訊，請參閱知識庫中的[快取伺服器未在編號最低的節點中執行](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=003962421&type=1)。

若在多節點叢集上執行 Tableau Server，可以指定一個或多個專用節點來執行背景程式。使用背景程式流程，可以將背景工作負載（例如 Tableau Prep Conductor）與所有互動式工作負載（例如 Prep Flow 製作 和 VizQL Server）隔離開來。有關詳細資訊，請參閱 [Tableau Server 背景程式程序](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server-linux/zh-tw/server_process_backgrounder.htm)和[透過節點角色進行工作負載管理](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server-linux/zh-tw/server_node_roles.htm)。

對於核心和基於使用者的部署，強烈建議至少有一個節點專用於流程，以取得最佳效能。雖然可以在任何取得授權的伺服器核心上執行流程，但購買的額外資源核心應該只執行 Tableau Prep Conductor，而不是擷取重新整理或 VizQL 流程。

### 新增資源

需要更多資源時，可以向伺服器環境新增更多節點。在規劃節點時，有幾個因素會影響您決定需要分配多少個額外的硬體。

 規劃節點時要考慮的主要事項：

- 尖峰時間期間預期的並行使用者數或並行工作階段數。可以使用 TSM 選項 `maestro.sessionmanagement.maxConcurrentSessionPerUser` 設定每個使用者的並行工作階段數。有關詳情，請參閱 [tsm configuration set 選項](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server-linux/zh-tw/cli_configuration-set_tsm.htm)。

- 製作流程的複雜性和節點數。聯結、聯集、彙總和樞紐之類的節點類型通常將需要更多資源。

### 授權額外供應項目

設定節點需要 資料管理 和 Advanced Management 的額外授權。
