# 環境關閉事件

_環境關閉_事件會由系統記錄為嚴重事件，只要我們偵測到您的 Tableau Server 處於離線狀態就會如此記錄。以下是幾個使用案例，其中 Tableau Server 被 Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool 視為離線：

- Resource Monitoring Tool無法從 Tableau Server 獲得回應。在記錄事件之前，Resource Monitoring Tool 將重試三次。
- Resource Monitoring Tool 如果偵測到在所有節點上已停用一程序，則將記錄環境關閉事件。

根據預設，Resource Monitoring Tool 每 30 秒就會輪詢 Tableau Server 的 `http://{TableauServerUrl}/admin/systeminfo.xml` 頁面以檢查狀態。若 30 秒的輪詢間隔不足，請將間隔增加到 60 秒。若狀態為離線，或者在設定值內未回應達到三個連續的輪詢間隔，則會建立嚴重事件。

**附註：**無法使用 rmtadmin set 命令設定輪詢間隔。只能透過編輯 config.json 檔案來變更此設定。

範例 `config.json` 片段如下：
