# 重新整理資料或暫停自動更新

Tableau Server 和 Tableau Cloud 允許您控制檢視與資料來源的對話模式，以便可以使資料保持最新並提高效能。

## 重新整理資料

如果變更資料來源（例如，使用新欄位、欄位名稱或資料值進行變更），則檢視將在您下次載入頁面時反映這些變更。要在與檢視互動時手動更新資料，例如一次執行多個動作，但不在每個動作之間進行更新，請按一下工具列上的重新整理圖示。

重新整理資料時，Tableau Server 和 Tableau Cloud 會清除任何快取並從資料來源中檢索最新資訊。若正在使用複雜的檢視或大型資料來源，重新整理資料可能需要很長時間。

## 暫停自動更新

當您與檢視交互時，伺服器有時必須查詢資料來源以更新檢視。要暫時停止更新以便您可以更快地與檢視互動，請按一下工具列上的暫停圖示。

按一下繼續圖示可根據需要再次自動查詢資料來源。

## 停止長時間執行的動作

互動需要很長時間才能載入時，會出現一個對話方塊，可讓您停止該動作。若停止，視覺效果會進入暫停狀態，類似於暫停自動更新。

停止動作後，可以選擇：

- 取消動作，並返回到之前的狀態。為此，請使用工具列中的**復原**按鈕。
- 讓動作完成。為此，請使用工具列中的**繼續自動更新**按鈕。
- 繼續工作，但不更新視覺效果。該行為與暫停自動更新相同。準備好更新視覺效果時，請使用工具列中的**繼續自動更新**按鈕。

繼續自動更新時，請注意，可能需要一段時間才能完成動作。
