# 關於 資料管理

**重要提示：**從 2024 年 9 月 16 日開始，進階管理將不再作為獨立的附加元件選項出售。資料管理功能僅在您先前已購買資料管理功能，或已購買以下特定授權版本後可用：Tableau Enterprise、Tableau Cloud+ 或 Tableau+ Bundle（適用於 Tableau Cloud），或 Tableau Enterprise 或 Tableau Server+（適用於 Tableau Server）。

資料管理 是一系列特性和功能的集合，可協助客戶在其 Tableau Server 或 Tableau Cloud 環境中管理 Tableau 內容和資料資產。

從 Tableau Server 2019.1 開始，Tableau Prep Conductor 可供內部部署的 Tableau Server 部署使用，而在版本 2019.3 中，Tableau Prep Conductor 可供 Tableau Cloud 使用。您可以使用 Tableau Prep Conductor 來排程和監視流程。

從 Tableau 2019.3 開始， 已在 資料管理 中包含 Tableau Catalog，讓您可以在資料管理空間中使用各種附加功能。您可以使用 Tableau Catalog 探索資料、統籌管理資料資產、傳達資料品質、執行影響分析，以及追蹤用於 Tableau 內容中的資料歷程。

從 Tableau 2021.4 開始，已在 資料管理 中新增更多管理和安全功能：虛擬連線和資料原則。使用虛擬連線編輯器，您可以建立：

- 虛擬連線，可提供可共用的資料集中存取點。
- 資料原則，可在連線層級套用資料列層級安全性。
