# 建立和設定 Tableau Cloud 站台

本指南中描述的移轉過程，首先要與帳戶管理員合作，將 Tableau 授權從伺服器轉換到雲端。如果想在移轉之前測試 Tableau Cloud，也歡迎隨時[試用 Tableau Cloud](https://www.tableau.com/zh-tw/products/trial)。

## 步驟 1：與 Tableau 帳戶管理員合作轉換授權

移轉的步驟 1 是與帳戶管理員合作，將授權從伺服器轉換到雲端。完成後，可以在 60 天內存取這兩種產品。大多數擁有 100 位或更少使用者的客戶會在一週內完成此移轉過程，因此在轉換時應該有足夠的時間來存取這兩種產品。如果需要更多時間，可以與帳戶管理員合作。

## 步驟 2：建立其他 Tableau Cloud 站台

如果已在 Tableau Server 上建立了多個站台，則需要使用 [Tableau Cloud 管理器](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/cloud_manager_intro.htm)在 Tableau Cloud 上建立對等站台 。作為雲端管理員，您可以[新增站台](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/cloud_manager_sites.htm)分離內容環境、管理使用者和授權以及控制權限。您可以建立的 Tableau Cloud 網台數量取決於您購買的 Tableau 版本。

## 步驟 3：指定驗證方法

預設驗證方法將是使用者名稱和密碼 (TableauID)。TableauID 使用者需要進行多重要素驗證，以確保安全存取 Tableau Cloud。我們還支援許多行業標準單點登入選項。有關詳情，請參閱[驗證](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/security_auth.htm)以確定哪種驗證方法對您的組織最合適。

## 步驟 4：熟悉站台

## 步驟 5：設定資料連線

Tableau Cloud 連線到資料的方式因資料的存放位置而異。每種方法可能需要不同的準備工作，如下所示。如果不確定哪個選項適合您，請聯繫帳戶管理員。

### 公開可用的雲端資料

例如，公開可用的雲端資料包括 Google 雲端硬碟、Dropbox、OneDrive 和 Snowflake。

如果連線是資料庫，可能需要啟用 Tableau Cloud 才能對其進行查詢。要啟用連線性，請參閱[授權存取已發佈到Tableau Cloud的雲端資料](https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/zh-tw/publish_tableau_online_ip_authorization.htm)。

對於 Excel 和 .csv 檔案等一般檔案：我們建議將這些檔案儲存在 Google 雲端硬碟、Dropbox 或 OneDrive 等雲端存放區中。然後，可以啟用與 Tableau Cloud 中的資料直接連線。如果這不是一個選項，將需要設定 Tableau Bridge 以保持與本機儲存的一般檔案連線。

### 內部部署、本機檔案或私有雲端資料

例如，本機檔案、私有雲端資料和內部部署資料可能是 SQL Server、Oracle 或本機 Excel 檔案。

如果有私有資料要求，則需要安裝和設定 [Tableau Bridge](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/to_bridge_install.htm)。Tableau Bridge 在 Tableau Cloud 和受防火牆保護的資料之間提供安全通訊。在可以存取資料的單獨電腦上防火牆後面安裝 Bridge。請參閱[關於 Bridge 用戶端](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-tw/to_bridge_client.htm)。

可選：對於本機檔案（Excel、CSV 等），可以將它們儲存在 Google 雲端硬碟、Dropbox、Onebox 等雲端存放區中，而不是使用 Tableau Bridge。
