# Tableau Desktop 和 Tableau Prep Builder 部署

管理員將為取得 Creator 授權的使用者發送和安裝 [Tableau Desktop 和 Tableau Prep Builder](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_automate.htm)。如果您選擇建立封裝的安裝檔案，則可以自訂安裝，在不提示終端使用者的情況為使用者完成安裝程序。在 Windows 或 Mac 電腦上安裝 Tableau Desktop 或 Tableau Prep Builder 時，系統將安裝預設的資料庫連線驅動程式。如需預設驅動程式的完整清單，請參閱[安裝之前](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_intro.htm)。如果您不想要安裝某些或所有這些驅動程式，則可以從 Tableau Desktop 安裝程式的「自訂」窗格中自訂清單。如果仍需要安裝預設驅動程式之外的[其他驅動程式](http://tableau.com/zh-tw/support/drivers)，則需要在每台電腦上安裝驅動程式。

最佳做法建議：

為了降低啟用次數上限錯誤、提升虛擬桌面體驗，並免除管理產品金鑰的需要，強烈建議使用「基於登入的授權管理」。  

使用「基於登入的授權管理」時，可透過 Tableau Server 的預設管理檢視查看 Desktop 使用情況。若使用產品金鑰，則可按照[設定 Desktop 授權報告](https://help.tableau.com/current/desktopdeploy/zh-tw/desktop_deploy_reporting_admin.htm)中的說明設定 Desktop 授權報告，並按照「授權追蹤」部分中概述的方式繼續進行伺服器設定。
