# 远程访问状态

**注意：**本文中的信息引用 Tableau Server 状态页面。有关 Tableau Server 状态页面和 TSM 状态页面的信息，请参见[查看服务器进程状态](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-cn/service_viewstatus.htm)。

您必须是 Tableau Server 管理员才能查看“服务器状态”页面，但您可以授予对其他计算机的远程访问权限，以允许非管理员用户和主 Tableau Server 节点以外的计算机访问“状态”表的计算机可读 (XML) 版本 。您可以这样做的一个原因是因为您处于远程监视过程中。

授予对 Tableau Server 状态的远程访问权限：

1. 以管理员身份打开命令提示符，然后键入以下内容：
    
    ```
    tsm configuration set -k wgserver.systeminfo.allow_referrer_ips -v <ip address>
    ```
    
    在上面的命令中，`<ip address>` 是您要为其启用 Tableau Server 状态 XML 远程访问权限的计算机的 IPv4 地址。
    
    例如：
    
    ```
    tsm configuration set -k wgserver.systeminfo.allow_referrer_ips -v 10.32.139.31
    ```
    
    如果要为多台计算机启动远程访问权限，请使用逗号分隔每个 IP 地址。
    
    ```
    tsm configuration set -k wgserver.systeminfo.allow_referrer_ips -v 10.32.139.31,10.32.139.35
    ```
2. 提交配置更改：
    
    tsm pending-changes apply
    
    如果待定更改需要重新启动服务器，`pending-changes apply` 命令将显示一个提示，告知您将进行重新启动。即使服务器已停止，此提示也会显示，但在这种情况下不会重新启动。您可以使用 `--ignore-prompt` 选项隐藏提示，但这样做不会改变重新启动行为。如果更改不需要重新启动，则会在不提示的情况下应用更改。有关详细信息，请参见[tsm pending-changes apply](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server/zh-cn/cli_pending-changes.htm#pending-changes-apply)。
    
    现在，IP 地址已添加的计算机上的用户可以查看 Tableau 进程状态，方法是在浏览器或命令行中输入 URL`http://<server>/admin/systeminfo.xml`（例如 `curl http://jsmith/admin/systeminfo.xml`）。
    
    如果 Tableau Server 已配置为与负载均衡器或代理服务器配合使用，请使用初始 Tableau Server 节点的主机名或 IP 地址访问状态页面的 XML 版本。
