# 开发人员资源 - REST API

使用 Tableau Server REST API 自动执行操作并将 Tableau 无缝地集成到现有工作流中。Tableau Server REST API 使您能够编程访问您的内容、用户、站点，现在还可以访问流程。通过 HTTP 在 Tableau Server 或 Tableau Cloud 上管理资源调配、权限和发布。REST API 使您能够访问数据源、项目、工作簿、站点用户、站点以及流程背后的功能。您可以使用此访问权限来创建自定义应用程序，或通过脚本与服务器资源交互。

Tableau REST API 支持以下流程功能：

增加了新的流程端点来支持发布流程、计划流程、按需运行流程、管理权限、下载流程等等。有关流程所有新的 REST API 端点的完整列表，请参见[流程方法](https://help.tableau.com/current/api/rest_api/zh-cn/REST/rest_api_ref_flow.htm)。

此外，[现有端点](https://help.tableau.com/current/api/rest_api/en-us/REST/rest_api_ref.htm)已更新，可支持诸如为流程创建新计划、创建新站点、更新现有站点和管理默认权限等流程功能。

**注意**：使用 REST API 运行流程时需要 Data Management 许可证。
