# 停用产品密钥

在某些情况下，您必须停用产品密钥：

- 更改硬件配置
- 更改产品密钥
- 将产品密钥转移到新安装

## 开始之前

验证您是否在移除正确的产品密钥。您可以通过在 CLI 中运行 [tsm licenses list](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/server-linux/zh-cn/cli_licenses_tsm.htm#TSMLicenseList) 来查看许可证详细信息。

1. 在浏览器中打开 TSM：
    
    https://<tsm-computer-name>:8850
2. 单击“**配置**”，并单击“许可”：

3. 选择要停用的产品密钥，然后单击“停用许可证”。
4. 停用密钥后，重新启动 Tableau Server。
    
    **注意：**如果重新启动之前没有其他产品密钥保持激活状态，则 Tableau Server 将不会以可用状态重新启动。如果发生这种情况，您将无法使用 Tableau Server，直到在 TSM 中激活新的产品密钥。

1. 在初始节点（安装了 TSM 的节点）上以管理员身份打开命令提示符。
2. 运行以下命令：
    
    `tsm licenses deactivate --license-key <product-key>`
    
    `tsm restart`
