# 在 Web 上发布数据源

您可以在 Tableau Server 上保存已发布工作簿中要共享或重用的数据源。为此，您将需要具有在 Tableau Server 上编辑工作簿和发布的特定权限。有关发布权限的详细信息，请参见 Tableau Server 帮助中的[谁能够发布内容](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/users_site_roles.htm#who)。

如果数据源使用大型数据提取，此发布步骤可能需要几分钟时间。

1. 在 Tableau Server 上，在 Web 制作中打开工作簿。
2. 单击任何工作表的选项卡。
3. 从“数据”窗格中，单击要共享的数据源的下拉菜单，然后单击“另存为发布的数据源”。

**注意**：将数据源发布到 Web 后，您将无法编辑或查看数据模型。
