# 减少上载到 Tableau Server 的时间

您已创建了工作簿并分析了其性能记录，以确保为速度对其进行了优化。现在，您可以将工作簿发布到 Tableau Server。并非总是能够缩短上载到 Tableau Server 的时间，但应牢记一些注意事项。

### 避免发布打包工作簿

最好单独发布工作簿（.twb 文件）和数据源，而不是作为打包工作簿（.twbx 文件）同时发布它们。这可能不会使工作簿和数据源的初始上载速度比同时发布它们更快，但却可提高重新发布工作簿的速度（如果您不必同时重新发布数据源），并使数据源可供新工作簿联机使用。对于属于数据提取的数据源，还允许您安排自动刷新。

### 减小数据提取的大小

对于 Tableau 数据提取，可以通过减小数据提取的大小来提高上载速度。在创建数据提取时，应考虑：

- 从数据提取中删除未使用的字段。
- 使用取样和筛选减小数据提取的大小。
- 聚合可视维度的数据。
