# 使流程数据保持最新

**注意**：本主题中的内容侧重于按计划运行流程，这需要启用包含 Tableau Prep Conductor 的 Data Management。从版本 2020.4.1 开始，不需要 Data Management 以在 Tableau Server 和 Tableau Cloud 中创建和编辑流程以及手动运行流程。

您已经构建了流程并清理了数据，但现在想要与其他人共享数据集，并希望保持使这些数据保持最新。您可以在 Tableau Prep Builder 中和 Web 上手动运行流程，并将数据提取发布到 Tableau Server，但现在有更好的方法。

使用 Tableau Server（从版本 2019.1 开始）和 Tableau Cloud 中提供的 Tableau Prep Conductor（Data Management 的一部分）。如果您将此选项添加到 [Tableau Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/prep_publishserver_overview.htm) 或 [Tableau Cloud](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/prep_conductor_online_intro.htm) 安装，则可以使用 Tableau Prep Conductor 按计划运行流程以使流程数据保持最新。

从版本 2021.3 开始，您可以使用新的“链接任务”选项按计划逐个运行多达 20 个流程。有关使用链接任务运行流程的详细信息，请参见 [Tableau Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/prep_conductor_schedule_flow_task.htm#schedule-linked-tasks) 或 [Tableau Cloud](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/prep_conductor_schedule_flow_task.htm#schedule-linked-tasks) 帮助中的**“计划链接任务”**。

**注意：**如果已安装 Tableau Catalog，您可能还会看到有关流程输入数据的数据质量警告，并在新的“世系”选项卡中查看流程中字段的上游和下游影响。有关 Tableau Catalog 的详细信息，请参见 Tableau Server 帮助中的[关于 Tableau Catalog](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/dm_catalog_overview.htm)。

使用 Tableau Prep Conductor，您可以执行以下操作：

- 将服务器或站点配置为使用 Tableau Prep Conductor
    
    - 为单独的站点启用或禁用 Tableau Prep Conductor
    - 为按需或使用计划运行的流程设置流程失败电子邮件通知
    - 配置流程超时设置
- 将流程从 Tableau Prep Builder 发布到 Tableau Server 或 Tableau Cloud。从版本 2020.4.1 开始，不需要 Data Management 将流程发布到 Web。
    
    **注意**：从 Tableau Cloud 版本 2026.2.4 开始，作为 Creator，您还可以将流程直接上载到您的站点。有关详细信息，请参见[管理流程](https://help.tableau.com/current/online/zh-cn/prep_conductor_manage_flow.htm)。
    
    - 上载数据文件或直接连接到文件（仅限 Tableau Prep Builder）或数据库。如果连接到数据库，您可以嵌入数据库凭据或要求用户提示。
        
        **注意**：如果通过直接连接方式连接到数据文件或将流程输出发布到文件共享，则文件需要位于 Tableau Server 可以访问的位置。此选项不适用于在 Web 上创建的流程。有关详细信息，请参见 Tableau Server 帮助中的[步骤 4：安全列表输入和输出位置](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/prep_conductor_configure_network_shares.htm)。
    - 发布流程时从项目层次结构中选择
    - 输入标记和说明以帮助其他人查找您的流程
- 管理流程
    
    - 设置权限
    - 将流程移到其他项目
    - 更改流程所有者
    - 添加或编辑标记
    - 查看版本历史记录并从列表中选择以将流程还原到早期版本
    - 将流程标记为收藏夹并将其添加到收藏夹列表
    - 编辑输入连接和更新凭据
    - 查看通过流程创建的数据源并链接回创建它的流程
- 创建计划以运行您的流程或按需运行您的计划
    
    - 添加计划任务以运行流程并选择要更新的流程输出
    - 添加计划链接任务以逐个运行多个流程
- 在没有计划的情况下按需运行流程
- 监视流程
    
    - 设置电子邮件通知
    - 查看错误
    - 监视并重新启动已挂起的流程
    - 查看运行历史记录
    - 使用管理视图
