# Tableau Server 进程状态

当 Tableau Server 正常运行时，大多数进程将显示为“活动”、“忙”或“被动”（存储库）。下面的列表显示了可能的进程状态：

- 活动 - 该进程正在按预期方式运行。要详细了解可能出现的活动状态，请参阅 [Server 进程故障排除](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/service_status_troubleshoot.htm)中的“文件存储”。

- 忙 - 该进程正在完成某个任务。有关详细信息，请参阅 [Server 进程故障排除](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/service_status_troubleshoot.htm)中的“文件存储 ”和“存储库”。

- 被动 - 存储库处于被动模式。

- 未许可 - 该进程未经许可。

- 关闭 - 该进程已关闭。根据进程，这种状态的含义有所不同。

- “状态不可用”- Tableau Server 无法确定进程的状态。

要查看进程的状态，请转到 [Tableau Server 状态页面](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/service_viewstatus.htm)或 [Tableau 服务管理器状态页面](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/sign_in_tsm.htm)。这些页面包含 Tableau Server 进程，以及在进程未按预期运行时可以使用的故障排除文档链接。如果将鼠标指针悬停在进程的状态指示器上，工具提示将显示该进程正在其上运行的节点名称和端口。

[Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-intro.htm) 从 2019.3 版本开始提供，作为 [Tableau Advanced Management](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/itm_intro.htm) 的一个组件进行许可；用户使用包含其所有功能（包括进程状态）的 Web 用户界面，即可全面了解 Tableau Server 的运行状况。Resource Monitoring Tool 每隔 15 秒（默认情况下）轮询 Tableau Server 的 http：// {TableauServerUrl} /admin/systeminfo.xml 页面一次以检查状态。如果连续三次轮询都返回脱机状态，或者在 30 秒内没有回复，则会创建一个严重事件。更多信息，请参阅[环境关闭](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-environment-down.htm)。

要与外部企业监视工具集成，请使用 TSM REST API 获取每个进程的[状态](https://help.tableau.com/v0.0/api/tsm_api/zh-cn/docs/tsm-reference.htm#status)。
