# Resource Monitoring Tool 事件

[Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-intro.htm) 从 2019.3 版本开始提供，作为 [Tableau Advanced Management](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/itm_intro.htm) 的一个组件进行许可；用户使用包含其所有功能的 Web 用户界面，即可全面了解 Tableau Server 的运行状况。[Resource Monitoring Tool Agent](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-concepts.htm#agent-service) 在 Tableau 群集中的每个节点上运行，以监视其性能和活动；这些信息会由 [Resource Monitoring Tool Master Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-concepts.htm#master-service) 进行整理。

应配置事件并将其用于检测何时发生异常情况，其中包括 Tableau Server 及运行该服务的服务器上的各种事件。可以配置全局事件，但可以根据环境覆盖它们。事件有三个级别：信息、警告和严重。更多信息，请参阅 [Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool - 事件](https://help.tableau.com/v2019.3/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-index-incidents.htm)。

除了 [Hardware Monitoring](https://help.tableau.com/current/blueprint/zh-cn/bp_hardware_monitoring.htm)（硬件监视）中描述的硬件和环境停止运行外，系统还会根据以下原因记录事件：

- [数据提取失败](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-extract-failure.htm) - 在 Tableau 中出现数据提取失败时记录为警告。
- [查询速度慢](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-slow-query.htm) - 在查询时间超过阈值时记录。默认情况下，如果任何数据查询的执行时间达到或超过 30，“查询速度慢”事件将触发警告。
- [查看速度慢](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-slow-view.htm) - 在查看请求超过阈值时记录。默认情况下，如果任何查看请求的加载时间达到或超过 1 分钟，“查看速度慢”事件将触发警告。
- [代理未许可](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-incidents-agents-unlicensed.htm) - 如果未正确许可 Tableau Server 使用 Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool，则将记录为严重事件。
