## Tableau Server

如果 Tableau Server 进程关闭，则应用程序状态将降级甚至失败，具体取决于发生故障的进程。在安装和配置 ([Windows](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/install_config_top.htm) | [Linux](https://help.tableau.com/current/server-linux/zh-cn/install_config_top.htm)) 期间，Tableau Server [配置了 SMTP 电子邮件服务器，](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/config_smtp.htm)以便根据指定的电子邮件分发列表发送[系统通知和故障通知](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/email.htm)。启用系统通知后，系统将通过电子邮件向您发送关于进程启动、停止和故障转移事件，以及驱动器空间限制的通知。请参阅下方的设置建议。

最佳做法建议：

在 Tableau 服务管理器中启用系统运行状况监视，以了解进程的启动、关闭和故障转移事件，并查看许可报告和磁盘空间。使用管理员的电子邮件分发组而不是个人的电子邮件地址来进行通知。如果您要使用 [Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/zh-cn/rmt-intro.htm)，请保持阈值同步。

## Tableau Cloud

Tableau Cloud 站点管理员应订阅 [Salesforce 信任](https://status.salesforce.com/products/tableau)更新，以便在 Tableau 创建、更新或解决事件时，能够收到电子邮件或短信通知。您随时都可以访问 [Salesforce 信任](https://status.salesforce.com/products/tableau)页面查看系统状态。
