# 외부 동작 워크플로우 통합 구성

## 버전, 사이트 역할 및 사용 권한 요구 사항

외부 동작 워크플로우를 구성하고 사용하려면 작성자와 워크플로우를 사용할 모든 사용자가 외부 동작을 지원하는 Salesforce 및 Tableau 버전에서 특정 사이트 역할 및 사용 권한을 갖고 있어야 합니다.

## 외부 동작의 배포 요구 사항

외부 동작 워크플로우 확장 프로그램을 사용하려면 Salesforce에서 Salesforce 관리자가 Tableau Server에 대해 [연결된 앱을 만들어야](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.connected_app_create.htm) 합니다.

또한 확장 프로그램을 배포할 Tableau Server 또는 Tableau Cloud 사이트의 도메인을 [Salesforce CORS(Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) 허용 목록](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.extend_code_cors.htm)에 추가해야 합니다.

## 외부 동작 설정 또는 해제

Tableau 2022.3 이상에서는 Tableau 외부 동작 기능이 기본적으로 설정됩니다. 이 기능을 해제하려면 TSM(Tableau 서비스 관리자) CLI(명령줄 인터페이스)를 사용하거나 사이트 수준 설정을 구성합니다.

### TSM CLI 사용

[TSM CLI를 사용하여](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ko-kr/tsm.htm) `vizqlserver.workflow_objects_enabled` 구성 키의 값을 `tsm configuration set -k vizqlserver.workflow_objects_enabled -v false`로 설정합니다.

구성 키 값을 변경한 후에는 `tsm pending-changes apply` 명령을 사용하여 변경 내용을 적용해야 합니다. 보류 중인 변경 내용을 적용하려면 서버를 다시 시작해야 하는 경우 `pending-changes apply` 명령은 서버가 다시 시작됨을 알리는 메시지를 표시합니다. 서버가 중지된 경우에도 이 메시지가 표시되지만 이 경우 다시 시작은 없습니다. `--ignore-prompt` 옵션을 사용하여 이 메시지를 표시하지 않을 수 있지만 이 옵션으로 인해 다시 시작 동작이 변경되지는 않습니다. 변경 내용을 적용해도 다시 시작할 필요가 없는 경우 메시지 없이 변경 내용이 적용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 [tsm pending-changes apply](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ko-kr/cli_pending-changes.htm#pending-changes-apply)를 참조하십시오.
