# Tableau サービス マネージャー (TSM) のバックアップのトラブルシューティング

## サービスが起動しないため、バックアップを開始できない

Tableau Server をバックアップする場合に行う最初の手順の 1 つは、主要なサービスが実行中であることを確認し、実行中でなければ起動することです。これらのサービスを起動できない場合:

- アクティブ リポジトリ
- ファイル ストア
- クラスタ コントローラー

Tableau Server をバックアップしようとすると、次のいずれかのエラーのために失敗します。

An error occurred starting one or more of the following services: Active Repository, File Store, Cluster Controller.

One or more of the following services did not start in a timely fashion: Active Repository, File Store, Cluster Controller.

Tableau Server を正常にバックアップするには、これらのプロセスが起動可能であることを確認してください。
