# Salesforce Marketing Cloud

この記事では、Tableau を Salesforce Marketing Cloud コネクタに接続する方法について説明します。開始するには、コネクタをインストールし、アプリケーション プログラミング インターフェイス (API) 接続を受け入れるようにインスタンスを構成する必要があります。Marketing Cloud コネクタには、プラグイン (.taco ファイル) とドライバーが必要です。

**注:** 多要素認証 (MFA) はサポートされていません。

## 必要なドライバー

ドライバーがコンピューターにインストールされていることを確認します。ドライバーがコンピューターにインストールされていない場合、Tableau で「[ドライバーのダウンロード](https://www.tableau.com/ja-jp/support/drivers)」ページへのリンクを含むメッセージが接続ダイアログ ボックスに表示されます。このページで、ドライバーのリンクとインストール手順を確認できます。

## MFA の回避策

Salesforce Marketing Cloud での MFA の使用に問題がある場合、まず Web UI ログインで MFA を有効にし、次に Tableau Exchange の手順を実施する必要があります。手順を確認するには、次を参照してください。

### コネクタをインストールする

Tableau でコネクタをインストールするには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Tableau の **\[接続\]** パネルで、**\[サーバーへ\]** セクションを見つけます。
2. 接続リストから \[詳細\] を選択し、**\[Salesforce Marketing Cloud\]** を選択します。必要に応じて、Tableau でコネクタをインストールして再起動します。
3. 表示されるダイアログに次の情報を入力します。
    1. \[ユーザー\] に、Marketing Cloud API ユーザーの名前を入力します。
    2. \[パスワード\] に、Marketing Cloud の API ユーザー アカウントに関連付けられているパスワードを入力します。
    3. \[サブドメイン\] に、Marketing Cloud で構成サマリーの SOAP ベース URI の一部としてリストされているサブドメインを入力します (例: `https://<<SubDomain>>.soap.marketingcloudapis.com/`)。
4. \[サインイン\] をクリックして、接続の作成を完了します。

## Marketing Cloud インスタンスを構成する

Marketing Cloud コネクタに API 統合を構成し、適切な権限を付与する必要があります。構成が完了すると、インスタンスには、Tableau のコネクタ ダイアログに入力できるサブドメイン値が設定されます。

**注:** Marketing Cloud 管理者のみがサブドメインを構成できます。

## データの更新
