# Resource Monitoring Tool のインシデント

2019.3 以降、[Tableau Advanced Management](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/itm_intro.htm) の一部としてライセンスされる [Resource Monitoring Tool](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-intro.htm) を利用すると、全機能の Web ユーザーインターフェイスで Tableau Server の健全性を総合的に調べることができます。[Resource Monitoring Tool Agent](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-concepts.htm#agent-service) は、Tableau クラスターの各ノード上で実行されてパフォーマンスやアクティビティを監視し、それを照合するのは [Resource Monitoring Tool Master Server](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-concepts.htm#master-service) です。

インシデントは、異常な状態 (Tableau Server とそれを稼働しているサーバーの両方のさまざまなイベントを含みます) が発生したことを検出できるように構成し、使用する必要があります。全体的なインシデントを構成できますが、環境ごとに上書きすることも可能です。インシデントには、情報、警告、重大の 3 つのレベルがあります。詳しくは、「[Tableau リソースモニタリングツール - インシデント](https://help.tableau.com/v2019.3/server/ja-jp/rmt-incidents-index-incidents.htm)」をご覧ください。

- [抽出失敗](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-incidents-extract-failure.htm) - Tableau で抽出が失敗した場合に警告としてログに記録されます。
- [低速クエリ](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-incidents-slow-query.htm) - クエリがしきい値を超えた場合にログに記録されます。既定では、データ クエリの実行に 30 秒以上かかる場合に低速クエリ インシデントで警告がトリガーされます。
- [低速ビュー](https://help.tableau.com/current/server/ja-jp/rmt-incidents-slow-view.htm) - ビューの要求がしきい値を超えた場合にログに記録されます。既定では、ビューの要求を読み込むのに 1 分以上かかると、低速ビュー インシデントで警告がトリガーされます。
